Pour-Over (V60 or Chemex): "Classic Pour-Over"
- Place a filter in the dripper and rinse it with hot water to remove any paper taste.
- Add the coffee grounds to the filter and make a small well in the centre.
- Start pouring hot water (just off the boil) in a circular motion, saturating all the coffee grounds evenly.
- Allow the coffee to drip through the filter into your vessel.

- 25g medium-ground coffee
- 400g hot water
- V60 or Chemex and paper filter
- Scale

Instructions:
- Rinse filter, add coffee.
- Pour 50g water, let sit 30s.
- Slowly pour 350g water in circles.
- Finish in 2-3 mins, serve.
