Classic Pour-Over (V60 or Chemex):

  • Place a filter in the dripper and rinse it with hot water to remove any paper taste.
  • Add the coffee grounds to the filter and make a small well in the centre.
  • Start pouring hot water (just off the boil) in a circular motion, saturating all the coffee grounds evenly.
  • Allow the coffee to drip through the filter into your vessel.
  • Ingredients:

    • 25g medium-ground coffee
    • 400g hot water
    • V60 or Chemex and paper filter
    • Scale
  • Instructions:

    • Rinse filter, add coffee.
    • Pour 50g water, let sit 30s.
    • Slowly pour 350g water in circles.
    • Finish in 2-3 mins, serve.
