We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Free Shipping: Orders totaling £25 or more qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Methods:

Orders under 2KG will be shipped via Royal Mail 48-hour service, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 working days.

Orders weighing over 2KG will be shipped via DPD next day delivery service.

Returns and Refunds:

If you receive faulty goods, you have the right to return them within a reasonable time for a refund. This is in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended). For goods returned under cancellation rights, a refund will be issued within 30 days of cancellation. Please note that roasted coffee and custom orders are excluded from these terms.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a refund, goods must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. If you choose to cancel your order without providing a reason, you may be asked to return the goods at your expense.
