Return/Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. If you wish to return a product, it must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase for the return to be processed.


Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@thebeanlab.co.uk. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with the return shipping address. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by either providing a replacement or issuing a refund.


Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about the eligibility of your item for return, please reach out to our customer support team.


Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item. This ensures a faster and smoother process.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without needing to provide a justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags intact and in its original packaging. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will automatically refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact our customer support team at refunds@thebeanlab.co.uk.
